For electricians

The electrician answering service that never sends a panel upgrade to voicemail.

Panel upgrades, EV chargers, a breaker that keeps tripping: the calls come while you are up a ladder with both hands busy. Sharpe answers, finds out what the job is, books the estimate into your calendar, and passes anything that sounds like a hazard straight to you.

Estimates, booked

Panel upgrades, EV charger installs, remodels and new circuits are booked as site visits in your open times, with the address, the scope and whether the caller owns the property.

Troubleshooting calls

A tripping breaker, flickering lights, a dead outlet: the agent takes the symptoms and books the visit. It never tells a caller how to work on live wiring.

When something smells of burning

A burning smell, sparks or a hot panel is told to call 911 first. Then the agent reaches the person you have on call so you know before the fire department does.

Your service call fee, stated plainly

It quotes the service call fee or the flat rates you gave it and says when a job needs a look before a price. It does not guess at the cost of a panel or a rewire.

How it works

  1. Give it your website. It learns your services, hours and area, then asks only what it still needs: your fees, who is on call, what counts as urgent.
  2. Call it. Pick a voice or record your own, make a test call, tell it what to change, call again. It goes live when you say so.
  3. Forward your line. Your agent gets its own number. Forward your business phone to it when you are ready, and stop forwarding whenever you like.

What it costs

Every plan starts with 14 days free. Then Starter is $29 a month with 50 minutes, Growth is $79 with 200 minutes and Pro is $199 with 600 minutes. No setup fee, no per-minute overage charges, cancel any time.

Questions

Will it give electrical advice over the phone?

No. It takes the symptoms, the address and a callback number and books the visit. It will tell a caller who describes sparks, a burning smell or a hot panel to call 911 first and then stay off it until you arrive.

Can it book estimates for EV chargers and panel upgrades?

Yes. It asks what the caller wants done, whether they own the property and where the panel is, then books an estimate into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365. Without a connected calendar it sends the request to you to confirm.

Does it work for commercial customers?

Yes. It takes the business name, the site contact and the hours the site is open, and books or messages you the same way. You can tell it which kinds of work you do not take.

What does it say about pricing?

Only what you have given it. A service call fee, a flat rate for a common job, or nothing at all if you prefer every job gets a quote in person. It does not invent a number.

Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice cannot be switched off. If a caller describes a danger to life or safety, the agent tells them to call 911 first.
