Sharpe is an AI receptionist for your business phone. It answers every call, quotes from your price list, books the appointment into your calendar and takes a message when a person is needed. It does the work of an answering service, and it knows your business.

How much does it cost?

Every plan starts with 14 days free. Starter is $29 a month with 50 minutes. Growth is $79 a month with 200 minutes. Pro is $199 a month with 600 minutes. There is no setup fee and no per-minute overage charge, and you can cancel any time.

How long does it take to set up?

What do callers hear?

Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice cannot be switched off.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 and it books into your open times. Without a calendar it takes the request and sends it to you to confirm.

What happens after hours, or in an emergency?

It answers at 2 AM the same way it does at 2 PM. Urgent calls are passed to the person you name. If a caller describes a danger to life or safety, it tells them to call 911 first.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your agent gets its own number. Forward your business line to it when you are ready, and stop forwarding whenever you like.
