For heating and air companies
The HVAC answering service that books the job while your techs are on the roof.
A heat wave or the first freeze brings every call at once, and the office cannot pick up all of them. Sharpe answers each one the same way at 2 PM and 2 AM: it quotes your diagnostic fee, books the visit into your calendar, and sends a no-heat or no-cool emergency to whoever is on call.
Seasonal surges
When the phone rings all day in July, every caller still gets an answer on the first ring, not a busy signal or a voicemail they hang up on.
Service calls and tune-ups
It books repairs and maintenance visits into your open times and takes what the tech needs before the truck rolls: system type, age, the symptom, the address and the gate code.
No-heat and no-cool calls
A house with no heat in January is urgent. The agent passes it to the person you name, by call or text, and keeps the caller informed. Anything that sounds like gas or fire goes to 911 first.
Quotes from your price list
It states the diagnostic fee, the tune-up price and the maintenance plan you gave it. It never invents a number, and it says when a job needs a look before a price.
How it works
- Give it your website. It learns your services, hours and area, then asks only what it still needs: your fees, who is on call, what counts as urgent.
- Call it. Pick a voice or record your own, make a test call, tell it what to change, call again. It goes live when you say so.
- Forward your line. Your agent gets its own number. Forward your business phone to it when you are ready, and stop forwarding whenever you like.
What it costs
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Then Starter is $29 a month with 50 minutes, Growth is $79 with 200 minutes and Pro is $199 with 600 minutes. No setup fee, no per-minute overage charges, cancel any time.
Questions
Can it tell a maintenance call from an emergency?
Yes. You tell it what counts as urgent for your company, such as no heat below a certain temperature or a smell of gas. Urgent calls go to your on-call person; everything else is booked or taken as a message.
Does it understand HVAC terms?
It knows the difference between a furnace, a heat pump and a mini split, and it asks the questions your dispatcher would ask. It learns your services and your area from your website, then you correct anything it got wrong on a test call.
What does it say about pricing?
Only what you have given it. If you charge a diagnostic fee it quotes that fee. If replacements need a site visit it says so and books the visit. It does not guess at the cost of a new system.
Can it book into my scheduling software?
It books into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 directly. Other tools are on the way; until then it takes the request and sends it to you to confirm. See what it connects to on the home page.
Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice cannot be switched off. If a caller describes a danger to life or safety, the agent tells them to call 911 first.
Hear it take one of your calls.
Build your agent from your website and call it. About ten minutes, and nothing to pay until the trial ends.
