For plumbers

The plumber answering service that picks up the 2 AM burst-pipe call.

Water does not wait for office hours, and the caller with a flooding basement calls the next plumber if you do not pick up. Sharpe answers on the first ring, takes the address and what is happening, reaches whoever is on call, and books the drain cleanings and water heater quotes that fill the rest of the week.

Emergency calls

Burst pipe, sewer backup, water heater leaking through the ceiling: the agent gets the address, the problem and a callback number, then pages your on-call plumber by call or text until someone picks up.

Everyday jobs

Clogged drains, dripping faucets, running toilets and water heater replacements are booked into your open times with the details your plumber wants before arriving.

Your trip fee, stated plainly

It quotes the service call or trip fee you gave it and says when a job needs eyes on it before a price. It does not guess at a repipe or a water heater install.

Messages that reach you

A caller who wants a specific plumber, a landlord with three units, a question you need to answer yourself: the agent takes a clear message and sends it to you by text or email.

How it works

  1. Give it your website. It learns your services, hours and area, then asks only what it still needs: your fees, who is on call, what counts as urgent.
  2. Call it. Pick a voice or record your own, make a test call, tell it what to change, call again. It goes live when you say so.
  3. Forward your line. Your agent gets its own number. Forward your business phone to it when you are ready, and stop forwarding whenever you like.

What it costs

Every plan starts with 14 days free. Then Starter is $29 a month with 50 minutes, Growth is $79 with 200 minutes and Pro is $199 with 600 minutes. No setup fee, no per-minute overage charges, cancel any time.

Questions

What happens when someone calls with a flooding emergency?

The agent treats it as urgent: it gets the address and a callback number first, then contacts the person you have on call and tells the caller help is being reached. If the caller describes a danger to life or safety, it tells them to call 911 first.

Will it book drain cleaning and water heater jobs into my calendar?

Yes, into Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, in the slots you keep open for jobs. Without a connected calendar it takes the request and sends it to you to confirm.

Can it give a price for a water heater replacement?

Only if you have given it one. Most plumbers give it a trip fee and a few flat rates and tell it that bigger jobs get a site visit. It will not make up a number.

Does it handle after-hours calls differently?

Only if you want it to. You set your hours, what counts as an emergency and who is on call when. After hours it can book the non-urgent work for the next day and page you only for the emergencies.

Every call opens by telling the caller they are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. That notice cannot be switched off. If a caller describes a danger to life or safety, the agent tells them to call 911 first.
